Sicne we can not control the final size of the Fleaskesteg, but it will be at least 4 lbs. we will adjust the amount of Medisterpølse we ship depending on the size of the loin. We will insure you get the full + 10 lbs. of loin and sausage.
You need to order the package by the first of December as it takes us about 1 week to the the skin on loins.
