Fleaskesteg, a special style of pork roast with crunchy skin, and it is often served on the Danish Christmas Dinners. We use a pork loin cut and scored it across at 1 cm sections.

Maximize Each joint of pork is sold as a 5lbs joint due to smallest size we deliver. Custom sizes are also available.
The minimum order of the pork is 2 joints of 5lbs and the charges will be adjusted to our cc to reflect the actual weight or each loin. We do not charge you cc until we have packed your order and have the final weight of the product we are shipping you.
This is our old practice for 15 years. You can order one roast and 5 lbs of Medisterpølse.
